Simi Highlights: In a game controlled by the umpire, Simi battled back twice but fell short to Royal. Pioneer aces were pinched at the plate by the umpire as both Jake Reed and Jeff Forgerson pitched well. Sean Alvord had a triple and a single and Chris Stantzos ahd a 3 RBI double and a single. Jeremy Hamlin, David Phillips and Andrew Majorski each had 2 hits. Jeff Forgerson, Brandon Garza and Tom McConville also had hits.
